Zorian Rotenberg

Zorian is responsible for helping with GTM/commercial due diligence, as well as supporting portfolio companies in driving capital-efficient growth and operational improvements.
Before Charlesbank, he was helping portfolio companies at M33 Capital, a private equity firm focused on software investments. Zorian brings extensive experience as a CRO and GTM executive on executive management teams in middle-market B2B software companies, specializing in sustainable, profitable growth. Zorian began his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) in NYC and later became an Associate at NeoCarta Ventures. His dual background in private equity and senior operating leadership enables him to align deal teams and executive management to drive successful outcomes for Charlesbank and its portfolio companies.

Zorian lives in Newton, MA. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, traveling and outdoor activities including skiing, tennis and learning golf - all while remaining a loyal New England Patriots fan, even in the post-Brady/Belichick era.
