Stephanie works on investments in the Business & Consumer Services sector.
Stephanie joined Charlesbank in 2020 from McKinsey & Company, where she spent three years in the New York office’s Strategy & Corporate Finance practice. As an Engagement Manager, she focused on identifying growth and profitability opportunities for consumer and retail companies, in addition to conducting private equity due diligence.

Originally from Australia, but raised in Indonesia, Malaysia, China and Singapore, Stephanie is an avid traveler now living in New York with her husband. She can be found in her free time pampering her better half – her beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Odie – and working through the Peloton artist series.
