Shannon joined Charlesbank in 2023 from Publicis Media, where she worked as a Talent Associate. She completed three HR internships during college with Friedman LLP, EwingCole and Ambac Assurance Corporation. At Charlesbank Shannon supports the firm's HR needs, including helping manage onboarding, payroll and benefits.

A native Long Islander, Shannon now resides in Somerville with her rescue cats, Dutch, Hudson and Betsy. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exploring Boston and volunteering as an Adoption Coordinator with the rescue she adopted her cats.
