Sara joined Charlesbank in 2024 from Proskauer Rose, where she was an associate representing sponsors in the formation, structuring and management aspects of the fundraising process. Prior to that, she worked as a legal intern at HubSpot and as a paralegal/legal assistant at Satisky & Silverstein. She began her career as a chemical engineer before transitioning to legal work.
