Rachel joined Charlesbank in 2025 from Aquant.ai where she was Executive Assistant to the President, CEO & SVP of Customer Success and Presales. Before that, she held management positions in hospitality, catering and sales.

Originally from Maine, Rachel now lives in Somerville but loves visiting her hometown in the summer to see family. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking and hosting dinner parties, taking Pilates or Barre classes, watching the Celtics and reading.
