Ozzie leads Charlesbank’s Information Technology function, overseeing IT infrastructure, operations and applications while driving AI adoption, cybersecurity resilience and data analytics innovation.
Ozzie has over two decades of experience in the technology sector, most recently serving as Head of IT Engineering and Enterprise Applications at cybersecurity firm Rapid7. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at FinTech company HighRadius, Bain & Company and Procter & Gamble. His expertise spans enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation and scaling technology operations to support high-growth organizations.
