Molly joined Charlesbank in 2023, having previously worked at HarbourVest Partners where she was responsible for assisting in the underwriting process and portfolio monitoring of private credit transactions across the capital structure. She began her career at Citigroup as an investment banking analyst.

Raised in the Boston area, Molly now lives in Back Bay. While at Colby, she competed on the collegiate volleyball team. In her leisure time, you can now find her traveling, playing volleyball, running, quahogging in Rhode Island or cheering on Boston sports teams with her family and friends. Additionally, Molly is an active volunteer at the Boys & Girls Club of Lawrence.
