Michael joined Charlesbank in 2024 from Artica, a lower middle market private equity firm, where he held various roles on the investment and portfolio operations teams. Prior to Artica, he was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, primarily partnering with clients on private equity due diligence, corporate strategy and digital transformation.
