Managing Director, Co-Head, Flagship & Chief Executive Officer

Mike oversees the management of the firm and co-leads the development of Charlesbank's Flagship investment strategy. He remains actively involved in investments across the Business & Consumer Services sector.

Mike began his career at McKinsey & Co., where he focused on corporate strategy work before joining Harvard Private Capital Group, the predecessor to Charlesbank in 1997.

Personal

Mike serves on the Board of Governors of Partners in Health and the Board of Trustees of Nativity Preparatory School of Boston. He lived in Seoul, Korea, before moving to Boston to attend university. Today he lives with his wife and two children in Boston. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, hiking and other outdoor activities with his family.
