Matt is responsible for Charlesbank’s tax strategy, including both tax planning and compliance, as well as corporate accounting and the management company.
Before joining Charlesbank in 2019, Matt worked at KPMG for eight years in the firm’s asset management business tax practice. Most recently he was a Tax Senior Manager, specializing in domestic and international private equity as well as high-net-worth individual taxation.
