Matt helps lead the Credit Opportunities team and strategy.
Matt joined Charlesbank in 2016 to help build out Charlesbank’s Credit platform. He joined the firm from Palmer Square Capital Management, a credit asset manager, where he was an executive director. Prior to that, he held a similar role at Nomura Securities, and also worked at Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers.

Personal
Matt, who spent his formative years in Kansas City, MO, carries his Midwest roots with pride, especially when cheering on his beloved Kansas City Chiefs. But, now a New Jersey resident of 15 years, Matt has embraced the coastal lifestyle, living near the beach with his wife, their three energetic children, a dog, and two cats. Matt enjoys tennis and golf, and you’ll also find him on the sidelines cheering on his kids in their soccer matches and swim meets. He serves on the Board of Directors for Possibilities Africa.
