Lauren is actively involved in the firm's capital formation efforts, as well as building and maintaining relationships with investors and consultants across all strategies.
Lauren joined Charlesbank in 2020 from PwC. She began working there as an Intern in college, and joined full time in 2016, working most recently as a Senior Associate. In that role she served as the lead senior on multiple financial service engagements, with a focus on clients in the private equity and broker-dealer industries, including Charlesbank.
