Kate is a Director in Human Capital, responsible for recruitment and professional development.

Kate joined Charlesbank in 2024 from Wafra, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources. Previously, she worked at Carlyle in London and New York leading recruitment for Investment and Investor Relations teams. Prior to joining Carlyle, Kate spent seven years at Blackstone specializing in early career recruitment and talent development across investment teams.

Kate lives outside of New York City with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys making ice cream and pasta and doing the New York Times crossword puzzle.
