Josh joined Charlesbank in 2003 from Bain & Company, where he was a Senior Associate Consultant. After taking two years off for business school, he rejoined the firm in 2008, becoming a Managing Director in 2016 with a focus on the Healthcare and Business & Consumer Services sectors.

Personal

Josh serves on the board of Cradles to Crayons. He resides in Brookline with his wife and two sons. In his free time he enjoys most anything sports-related, particularly playing hockey and tennis.
