Jina Moon
Principal, Investor Relations
Jina focuses on the firm's capital formation efforts, as well as building and maintaining relationships with investors and consultants across all strategies, with a focus on credit.
Jina joined the Charlesbank Investor Relations team in 2021, and focuses on the firm’s global fundraising and investor relations activities. Jina first joined Charlesbank with the Credit team in 2017 from UBS Investment Bank. Jina left Charlesbank in 2018 to join Neuberger Berman and rejoined Charlesbank in 2021. Jina was previously a Vice President at Neuberger Berman, focusing on fundraising, investor relations and business development for the direct lending and credit opportunities strategies. She began her career at UBS Investment Bank in the Global Consumer Products & Retail Group.

Personal
Jina lives in New York City. In her free time, she enjoys traveling internationally, listening to jazz and classical music, cooking and spending time with her COVID puppy, Jam. In particular, she enjoys trying new restaurants and attempting to replicate the dishes at home. She also enjoys hosting dinner parties and is grateful to have friends and family who claim to enjoy her food. Jina is also addicted to coffee, which may or may not be because of her recent obsession for learning latte art.
