Jerome oversees and manages all aspects of the firm’s legal and compliance function and leads its team of legal and compliance professionals.
Jerome joined Charlesbank in 2022. He was previously a Partner in the New York office of Milbank LLP, where he was also a member of the firm’s Global Leveraged Finance Group, representing Charlesbank on a number of credit investments. At Milbank, Jerome focused his practice on representation of banks and other financial institutions in a wide variety of financing transactions.

Jerome serves on the Board of Visitors of Stanford Law School. A native of Bloomington, Indiana, Jerome now lives with his family in New York City. In his free time, he enjoys tennis, snowboarding, basketball and any other outdoor family activities.
