Dan joined Charlesbank in 2021 from McKinsey & Company, where he was an Engagement Manager. At McKinsey, he served advanced industrial and healthcare companies on their growth strategies, in addition to private equity clients on due diligences and exit strategies.

Originally from Wisconsin, Dan now lives in Manhattan. In his free time, he enjoys cooking with friends, music and returning to visit Wisconsin’s Lake Country.
