Catherine is responsible for driving Charlesbank's initiatives around recruiting, professional development and learning, and culture and engagement.
Catherine joined Charlesbank in 2024 from Bain & Company where she was the Vice President of Talent and Operations. In this role she focused on building excellent teams to deliver client results, developing talent systems that enabled individuals to thrive and fostering a strong culture. Prior to serving as a talent leader, Catherine led consulting teams at Bain to deliver strategic and operational advice to clients across sectors. She also spent time in the K-12 education space, focused on building excellent human capital systems.
