Carole manages the firm’s HR function, including benefits, retirement, employment policy and payroll.
Carole joined Harvard Private Capital Group, the predecessor to Charlesbank, as an Administrative Assistant in 1995. Before that, she was a legal secretary at two Boston law firms.

Personal
Carole enjoys visiting family and friends in St. Augustine Beach, FL, where she lived after college. Shortly after her return to Boston, she spent a year driving cross country and backpacking through Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand. During the summer, Carole can be found treasure-hunting at auctions and estate sales, while the winter months are devoted to cheering on her beloved Boston Bruins and Northeastern Huskies.
