Camille partners with deal teams and portfolio companies to align executive talent and organizational structures to value creation plans.
Camille joined Charlesbank in 2018. She focuses on pre-investment organizational due diligence, leadership assessment and development, and building portfolio-level capabilities to support CEOs and executive teams.
Prior to joining Charlesbank, Camille was a partner at Green Peak Partners, working with private equity and corporate clients to develop talent strategies, optimize organizational structures, improve hiring outcomes and develop leadership teams. She previously worked at The Boston Consulting Group, providing strategic and organizational advice to leading Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms and public sector agencies. She started her career at Lehman Brothers.

Camille lives in Boston with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, food exploration, theater and the intersection of business and social impact. She is active in alumni affairs for Columbia College and Harvard Business School.
