Brian works with the Technology Opportunities team to find and diligence new platforms and to further operational excellence in our portfolio companies.

Brian began working with Charlesbank in 2019 and joined as an Advisory Director in 2023. A software industry veteran, he has a long history of working with high-performance teams to lead and build rapidly scaling businesses. He has over 30 years of software experience across all aspects of a business and strong executive leadership expertise, including CEO at Rogue Wave Software and senior executive positions at companies like Infor, TIBCO and XEROX.

Brian sits on the board of Jitterbit software, an AI-powered low-code platform for integration and automation. He lives in Dallas, TX, with his wife, and enjoys spending time with his family, relaxing at the lake and golf.
