Brandon Lapensohn

Brandon focuses on debt financing transactions for new and existing investments across all Charlesbank strategies.
Brandon joined Charlesbank in 2021 from Bank of America (BofA), where he worked as an Associate in the firm’s Leveraged Finance investment banking division. In this role Brandon worked on numerous debt capital markets transactions, including leveraged loan and high yield bond offerings. During his time at BofA, he also gained experience in leveraged buyouts, buy-side corporate M&A and the structuring of debt documentation across the capital structure.

Raised in Villanova, PA, Brandon currently resides in New York City. Despite frequent heartbreak, he is a “diehard” supporter of all Philadelphia sports teams and Penn State football. Additionally, Brandon enjoys playing sports with friends, trying new restaurants in NYC, traveling and watching Curb Your Enthusiasm.
