Bianca Capone
Vice President
Bianca is a member of the Portfolio Resources Group where she partners with portfolio company management teams and investment team colleagues to accelerate delivery of our portcos’ value creation plans.
Bianca joined Charlesbank in 2020. Bianca spent her first two years at the firm on the Flagship investment team, working on transactions across the Tech & Tech Infrastructure and Healthcare teams. In 2022, Bianca joined the Portfolio Resources Group, where she supports portfolio companies in driving equity value creation through various strategic and operational-improvement initiatives. Prior to Charlesbank, Bianca was an Associate at SFW Capital, responsible for evaluating new investment opportunities and providing portfolio company support. Bianca began her career as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman, advising private equity, industrial and consumer clients.

Columbia University – BA in East Asian studies and Sociology, summa cum laude
Personal
Bianca was a competitive figure skater and has worked as a professional coach in New York and Massachusetts. She is also an avid skier, runner and half-marathoner.
