A member of the Flagship portfolio team, Bert helps lead investments in the Healthcare sector.
Bert joined Charlesbank in 2021 after seven years at Advent International. At Advent, he was a Principal in the New York office focused on buyouts in the healthcare sector. Prior to that, Bert worked at Hellman & Friedman, investing in industrial and software businesses. He began his career as an Analyst at Audax Group.
