Bernadine Soriano

Bernadine joined Charlesbank in 2016 and completed the two-year Associate program before moving to New York City to work at Harry’s, where she led strategy and operations for corporate and new brands. She then worked as a recruiter with Golden Gate Recruits in San Francisco. In 2024, she returned to Charlesbank to join the Portfolio Resources Group. Earlier in her career, Bernadine worked at McKinsey and Morgan Stanley.
