Andrew joined Charlesbank in 2023 from LEK Consulting in Chicago, where he was most recently a senior associate consultant. While at LEK, he worked on strategy and private equity due diligence projects in healthcare, industrials and technology.

Personal
Originally from the Carolinas, Andrew is based out of Boston, having started his career in Chicago. Andrew is an avid backpacker and has done trips across the US and Canada. When not on trail, he can be found at concerts, reading fiction or running on the Charles. Andrew also enjoys working with local housing-focused NGOs, building off prior foundational work with Habitat for Humanity.
