Anders joined Charlesbank in 2025 from the Boston Consulting Group’s New York office, where he advised on projects including private equity due diligences, industrials pricing analytics, healthcare go-to-market strategy and consumer growth vectors. He also interned at Audax Private Debt, evaluating mezzanine and unitranche lending opportunities.
