Drive Programmatic M&A
We helped Bridgepointe embark on a consolidation strategy in the Technology Service Distributor (“TSD”) market to broaden its geographic reach and capabilities. In the first year, we helped develop an M&A strategy, assembling a corporate development team to execute it and establishing a playbook to drive programmatic diligence and integration. As of August 2024, the company has completed dozens of acquisitions.
Organizational Investments
To fuel Bridgepointe's growth, we facilitated the expansion of its executive leadership team to support both organic and acquisitive growth initiatives, filling crucial roles such as CFO, Chief Strategy Officer, COO and EVP Sales.
Expand Strategist Enablement
To drive organic growth, we enhanced Strategists' productivity and effectiveness by investing in systems, expanding lead generation capabilities and introducing new vertical practice areas. Additionally, we helped establish an account management function to support Strategists in growing existing customer relationships.
Accelerate Strategist Recruitment
Investments in the sales organization included the implementation of a structured recruiting process, hiring regional leadership and launching marketing campaigns to attract new IT Strategists. In the first year, we onboarded over 40 new Strategists, contributing to increased bookings nationwide.
