Investment Summary
After tracking the company for nearly 15 years, Charlesbank acquired Vestcom in partnership with management in 2016. We worked with Vestcom’s management team to drive new account wins and deepen existing relationships with key clients, build out leadership in sales and marketing, and strategically reposition the business as a leader in IT services. We exited the investment in 2021.
