Investment Summary
Charlesbank’s Technology Opportunities team invested in Titan in 2022, taking a majority interest. Charlesbank team members have had a longstanding relationship with senior professionals at existing investor M33 Growth, who rolled over a substantial portion of their equity in the transaction. We are excited to invest in a growing, market-leading platform with exceptional customer relationships, a proven management team and multiple growth and value creation levers in the US and around the world.
