Investment Summary
In October 2021, Charlesbank partnered with the Private Equity business of Goldman Sachs Asset Management to acquire shared control of MDVIP. We have a strong existing relationship with the Goldman Sachs healthcare investment team stemming from our 2019 joint investment in MyEyeDr. With Goldman Sachs, we will have equal ownership and shared governance of the Company, along with a common vision for value creation and the strategic direction of this unique business.
