Charlesbank’s Technology Opportunities Fund formed Kleer-Membersy in 2024. Our strong industry relationships and experience in dental software uniquely positioned us to consummate this three-party transaction. We are excited to partner with the Company to create significant value for DSOs, dental practices and their patients, and to capitalize on the large and growing market for membership software.
