Investment Summary
In May 2021, Charlesbank partnered with management to acquire joint control of Ivanti alongside existing shareholders Clearlake and TA Associates. Our investment builds on our extensive experience investing in horizontal and infrastructure software businesses, as well as our strong history of partnerships with TA Associates and past dialogue with Clearlake. With our investment, Ivanti is working to extend its market-leading position through product innovation and acquisitions.
